Excellent product unique.

I studied a lot and spent a speaker in a pair, and this is the best. Probably the only top without any problems.

I followed the instructions (you do) and it works perfectly every time.

But ... You must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.

You can not leave anything in the bedroom ... will rubber plants.

Unfortunately, we can expect some new alien technology to revolutionize completely speakers to avoid this. What does this thing use a pad ultrasound to transform liquid into mist, which will leave a residue. I will not try, but I'm sure the performance will degrade quickly if not cleaned until it stops working (weeks? Not more than one month).

Also ... is not easy to clean ... not designed to be easy to clean. I have high ultrasonic humidifiers are easy to clean. This is so small it's hard to get all the cracks.

In the window that says it is a humidifier / diffuser. Which is true. If you carry only distilled water in it, you can use as a humidifier for a very small surface and never clean. So ... following this logic, you can use all the humidifier as a speaker. Just put a few drops of essential oil and water on the pillow ultrasound then put the tank in place and turn it on.

Do not place next to anything that emits heat ... It has a sensor and automatically turns off if it overheats.

In my quest for a form of aromatherapy diffuser, I chose Westinghouse Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser. Beyond the beauty of it, the price was right and shipping was very fast. Aside from the fact that I can not see the possibility humidifiation of this speaker, product works as expected. But I would not buy anything this small, and we expect some form of humidification properties.

I bought this aroma diffuser for use with essential oils. This speaker does exactly what I should do - spread the fragrance into space. I like how you send a swirly fog, but not wet, so they need not worry about destroying any decor. The same speaker is very nice to see and multi-colored lights that change all the time is just an extra bonus.

My biggest suggestion would be to follow the instructions carefully so they do not accidentally get water in your body outside the car. Other than that the speaker Ultrasonic Aroma is very easy to use.

Extremely easy to assemble. Very easy to use. Runs quiet and I like the fact that I can choose to leave the long term, and if I want to do is the water gets too low, it will stop automatically. I love this speaker! Simply fill with water and add pure essential oils. (I have a nebulizer, which does not dilute the oil with water, but you can not thicker oils in them and it is difficult to clean. I used this humidifier for 30 days in the Pyrenees in the bedroom and it worked well. The only problem is that you must find the right size water bottle at it. Less personal water bottles, pint, now has openings that are too large for the assembly that comes with a humidifier. After spending twenty minutes or so compared hyper mart bottle top sizes, I found that about 1.5 liters of the right size opening. Since the unit recommends a bottle, I'm just filled with a 1.5 liter bottle half way and it worked like a charm. The e-mail the manufacturer about how the adapter to match the size of small bottles later and explained the problem, but the answer was that there was only one adapter. I can experiment with a lobster claw rubber band jury rig adapter, but I've reached that stage yet. Despite the fact that he was advertising and I was quite pleased with it.

The unit is light and easy travel. Like others have noted, it is a little hum from the engine, but not loud enough to bother me. Blue light indicates the entire nozzle, and may reflect more than a bottle of water, which is a bit too bright for me to sleep (I want to sleep in complete darkness). But I just put moisturizer on a hotel bathroom, which is suitable as a nightlight, and leave open the bathroom door. On a recent trip to Denver, I noticed a clear difference in humidity between having it on / off. Also I used in my office every day, which is quite nice. A bottle of water will last the entire workday in the middle. And compared with my full size cool mist humidifier Sunbeam can not leave my furniture / carpet wet. But as others have noticed some bottles fit (eg Dasani makes them a little wider), but most do. It would be nice if we could turn off the light. I would also put the AC adapter to fold for easy transport (I worry about putting in the same house as a whole). Despite its minor shortcomings, I still love it and definitely buy it again!

Had the unit about a month now. Interestingly, there does not seem consistent with a humidifier get good reviews - maybe they all ultimately unreliable. This:

1st Pacific makes as much noise as a laptop fan
2nd Works well. 2 gal / d output, and it does so very fast. Enough for my 20x15 room in a rain forest (> 60% humidity when I close the doors)
3rd Great tank. 2 gallons. So max you have to fill it once a day. What is good 3 Gal output with a 1 gal tank?
4th In one month, I have not seen a blob of white dust, and cleaning is not a problem.
5th Power consumption. This thing uses between 20 to 30 watts - far from my warm mist model 380 watts (for a difference of $ 25/month for electricity!)
6th No consumables filters / etc instead.

Cons:
1st None humidistat. I do not care about this, but some people do. I found them unreliable and susceptible to breaking with other entities.
2nd Stupid alarm when it runs out of the water.

We will see if it breaks ...

I really like this humidifier. It is very quiet, except for treatment of water bubbles into the ground and refilling. This humidifier creates a very light mist, which you can see and if you have raised a few feet or more above the carpet, it should not cause moisture in (although I have not noticed steam ness after two hours with him on the ground) . It is easy to refill, but are not flush unless you spout off the top. Overall, I highly recommend this to everyone on an area of less than 5 or 6 one hundred square meters moisture meters. Is great for small and medium-sized room and not have to refill more than once a day with constant use of high.

We purchased this product to help with dry throat in winter and night-time use is waking in a state much more comfortable. Our hygrometer does not really rise at all, but the difference with my neck is undeniable.There are some problems I have with this. 1). The first is that it really is not that easy. I slept well with it, but it is anything but a whisper. Even the fan is running full bore and any changes in intensity can be adjusted only as a close when the vapors released. 2nd) It 's also a bright green light to let you know if it is on the steam whistle and vomiting is left on this. This adds one more intense light to your bedroom or elsewhere. 3rd), you must use distilled water in this or a white powder build up everywhere. Even a direct spray of vapors revealed a strong smell of mineral calcium. After a good day's march, so our 1,000 square smoky and dull as a fog had rolled in after the passage of filtered water from a jug, things are much better. 4) Loading of what is strange. You choose the blue-water reservoir, flip, twist off the cap. Why not be the top? This seemed strange to me. I'm a fan of "form follows function", then what is the function of having to turn things upside down?

In general, after discovering the filtering questions I quite happy with this stuff, but I can foresee another satisfied some of the features. Do your research, know exactly what you need and what you are willing to spend, and you may find yourself returning to this model.Oh, and just so you know it is a sonic humidifier. It uses sound to the water jet ... and everything else in the water! Keep this in mind before buying. Do you prefer that your minerals in the air, or some crust of incorporation or similar?

I was looking for a humidifier for the room of my son, and this is perfect. Even though it says it will run for eight hours, he actually go for 12. Support even if you accidentally leave it on. It has an impact on a small humidity chamber, only a very modest. If you have a humidifier that will really pump moisture, this is definitely not. And 'only 8 cm high - perfect for a small space. I put this next to the birth of my son, and moisture right for him to sleep at our house very dry.

The only thing I like about this humidifier is a very small problem. The small silver "set" at the top of the product is not connected in any way. When the tank upside down to clean, empty or filled, fall-out roll.

He was very quiet. The light is bright and can sleep bug, but you can work around this. It is not really changing humidity in the area. But for someone who works at a desk or can be an intense time with the humidifier near your face can get a cold fluid in the lungs and breathing in your breasts. Note that easy to make water. It 'really nice and does a good level of moisture, but you must be close. Now for the sad ... just stopped working after about two months (I did use quite heavy). What is gold-colored metal creates the ultrasound off the coating. I call today's society. Will post my experience of customer service.

This is my second Holmes HM495-UC Ultrasonic Humidifier. Most modern humidifiers paper wicks, which are covered with lime and mildew, or require heat, which burns a lot of electricity and covers the heating with lime, or should the water.

This device only need water to work, it is easy to clean, easy to fill, and a bathtub full of water in 24 hours. After struggling with a number of other units, I was so happy with this model I bought half.

Like all ultrasound units, if you have lots of calcium in your water, air will, and get a white powder in the area. Diminishes or filtered water should help to solve this problem.

Will not turn off when you remove the tank, unlike many other models, so be sure to turn off when filling, or the area around it was soaked when you get back.

This should take the complaints with a grain of salt! This is a great little unit, perfect for my son's room! Yes, they do not emit water vapor, it turned up ..... supposedly! Move and will not have a wet floor! Has a handle on top, I really like to fill. I fixed the bottom of the tank (still in the hand is not flat on top) and fill it, put it after the cap is in it and make the handle!

We run this every night during the winter, I could not ask for a better product. The price is good, even better for the free filter! I also cleaned this week, really helps the problem white powder!
