This is my second humidifier, and has received the majority of things you want a cool mist humidifier. The first was that seeks company Elephant Crane. This is by Vick Ferrari when compared to the Elephant slow poke. Night and day.

SETUP: Requires demineralization units must be soaked for about 10 minutes before. May be placed in the bottom of the group without removing it (the manual says not).

Top of water tank is a bit 'of confusion, no one knows how to be filled with water. Maybe I looked too closely manual drawing. It 'was quite simply looking at the two-piece unit.

USE: Wowzers! This device blasts in cold fog, even the lowest setting. If you set the highest position, will cool the room and make it wet in just 10 minutes bedroom 12x12 meters.

Another cool thing: when the lights are off, the dial is a soft light green LED, which shows what's your choice! . Turns off when ready, this star of this dinged.

SOUND: It sounds like a pot soft eventhough there is no heat involved. There is also a soft dripping sound. Not a big deal, really relaxing. What do you expect that the explosions' fog machine as a sports car?

Humidifier that I bought several years ago. I had never owned a humidifier before, so I had no idea what to expect. I bought it mainly because of the dry gas heat in my house, it gives me a dry and painful nasal passage. 've Used every winter in recent years. The noise is negligible, the fog is a rich and relaxed and give my nose so beautiful and it takes many hours with a water-filled. I love me!

The only complaint I have is I have no humidifier. Why are all water services, which have been translated into the inverted water-filled? We can not design, which can be filled from the top so do not try to offset odd-shaped container with one hand while wrestling HOSE syringe sink in a hand? ;-) While browsing patterns of Amazon, I think I've decided that we can not, because everybody seems to be designed the same way

After much searching on Amazon to find the perfect humidifier to meet these dry winters Colorado, I was still undecided and exasperated. repeated complaints about the dispersal unit and poor performance in many units is it really fed my doubts. It seems that the ratio of good reviews for the worst was higher than most other products I've search box.

However, I came across this device to my local club warehouse at a good price and I decided on a whim to buy it. I do not know exactly why, but probably has to do with the frustration of the foregoing. It was in front of me that had the features I wanted, so I went for it! . And I'm glad I did. I was very impressed by this unit after 8 months of regular use. The tank size is large, put in half when I used to go, I have enough water for a period of 3-4 days. That if I'm too lazy to change it, it happens sometimes. Sometimes I use filtered water and other times the tap water and did not notice a difference in the steam produced.

Speaking of tap water, the strength of this collection unit mineral deposits much less than my old unit AirOSwiss done. I find it strange that, for some reason. The water where I live is very difficult, but I see a big difference in the frequency of cleaning. It was an unexpected but it will!

Fortunately, the kaleidoscope of colors on the LED is adjustable at the touch of a button. I like the clock and find me in my humidifier for most of my waking hours. In addition, control over the regulation of steam is a nice feature that works well. I see a clear difference between the different modes.

I guess the hot steam function is not only thinking that works. The steam feels nearly the same temperature as the cold vapor, unless you hold your hand right in front of him.

Overall I am very pleased with the performance and life of this little house work. I really want to buy again and highly recommend you do the same thing

OK, I bought this camera about four months ago ... has been conducting operations and 24x7 without any problems. I run about three-quarters of the energy based on the humidity in my room and the room is absolutely perfect for the time humidity forced air gas dryer / really out of my bed. And cool that you really see how effective it is all day b / c of the fog comes out. I usually use humidifiers wick bions become difficult to source (shops always seemed to be exhausted) and the cost of filters.

It works perfectly and has bought another for another room. Both warned against the cold fog actually work for me (I use hot). I took a star beyond the power of this beast is pretty useless ... If you have hardwood floors, you will notice a uniformly cloudy in the morning. An excellent product.

I got this humidifier a bit 'more than a week ago (after returning to Crane, which spread to the white powder, it automatically shuts off, and actually stop working after few days). He hopes that the demineralisation cartridge really help to reduce white dust humidifiers ultrasonic common, but hope is not fulfilled. I wake up in the air environment, which seemed or dusty or foggy. First of all, I was hoping it was a fog (not a humidifier to add moisture 25% and 48% overnight on medium setting), but then a couple of days later I realized that every room has a white powder. So it was not fog ;-( Worse, when Crane was to create a white powder, only locally (perhaps it was the only local humidity?) Venta spread white powder whole room 500sq ft, even in 'opposite corner where he stood!

Furthermore, it is extremely quiet (much quieter than the Crane), it can take 24 hours (1 gallon Crane takes barely overnight), and closes automatically, as I said, humidifiers well. So my guess is that this humidifier might work for you, if the water is very soft. But it is difficult, as we have the Phoenix, is an absolute disaster, and technology deminralization is just a big hoax.

So I gave up ultrasonic humidifiers, and I am changing technology is more expensive (evaporation, without filters). We have the only wind without a washing machine that works fine - clean and humidify the air, but is a bit 'noisy and kind of expensive. I was hoping for a second chamber to give us something less, but obviously was wrong. So I have ordered Swiss air washer or the Air (it's a bit 'cheaper than Venta is similar to the model), we see how it works

Very nice and quiet, and puts out a lot of damp fog. The problem is that what I did, I could not get the 'humidifier to produce more than a cool mist settled, although it should be able to produce a warm mist too. I went with two of them and took them to Ace Hardware. Two committed there and I was able to get their own units deomonstration produces nothing but a cold fog, either. So if you want all the cold fog, and much more, this unit can be. On the other hand, if all you want is cool with a good humidifier can be found is much less than it costs.
